Position Title

Senior Sales Executive

Location

Major Duties

The Sales Executive is responsible for:
- Marketing solutions to all existing customers and prospects
- Managing appointments and schedules by effective planning of calls and meetings
- Answering customers' questions regarding the nature and cost of the services
- Making regular follow-up with the customers to ensure that the purchase meets the customer’s needs and to determine if additional services can be offered
- Maintaining a detailed knowledge of company products, systems and services, understanding customer requirements and problems and proposing the adequate services and solutions

Educational Background

BA in Marketing

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience

Required Skills

- Capacity to understand, interpret and explain the product’s features
- Ability to demonstrate products in a knowledgeable professional manner
- Proven ability to establish a professional and effective relationship with the customer
- Selling skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team based environment
- Good command of English
- French is a plus

Position Title

Senior Accountant

Location

460 Corniche Al-Nahr – Beirut (ITG s.a.l. (Holding))

Major Duties

The Senior Accountant is responsible for:
- Preparing financial statements within the established monthly schedule
- Facilitating and completing end of month closing procedures
- Analyzing revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are correctly recorded, on a monthly basis
- Preparing monthly account reconciliations
- Assisting with analyzing monthly financial statement and reporting on variances
- Assisting in financial and tax audits
- Assisting in preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
- Assisting in producing quarterly commission reports; analyzing and correcting
discrepancies
- Assisting in documentation and monitoring of internal controls

Educational Background

BA in Accounting or Finance
CPA certificate is preferred

Experience

5 years accounting/finance experience; CPA is a plus, but not required

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of accounting theory
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees,
management and external agencies, to maximize performance, problem
solving and results.

Major Duties

The Sales and Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for:
- Providing technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations and installations, related to IT infrastructure solutions including hardware, system software and security
- Assisting sales personnel in the development of leads into prospects and prospects into customers
- Providing consultancy to prospective users
- Identifying and supporting new sales leads as necessary

Educational Background

BE in Computer Communication or Electrical Engineering

Experience

Two years of experience in sales

Required Skills

- Proven ability to establish a professional and effective relationship with the customer

- Providing high-level product training to partners and distributors

Educational Background

BS in Computer Science/Communication or related IT field degree

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience
