Information Technology Group, or ITG (Holding), is part of the HOLCOM Holding group operating since 1967. The group was also known at the early stage of its inception as the ‘Olivetti’ group.

Major milestones leading to the creation of ITG (Holding):

• 1967: INTERBUREAU: Provision of office equipment from Olivetti
   
• 1978: MIDEAST DATA SYSTEMS: Provision of computers from Data General
   
• 1992: Consolidation and re-structuring of operations and creation of two sub-holdings: MDS HOLDINGS and ATG (HOLDING)
   
• 2001: Creation of ITG (Holding) to consolidate the IT operations in Lebanon, to ensure synergy between all companies and to better address both the local and regional markets.
