Mr. Claude J. Bahsali, Chairman & CEO of ITG S.A.L. (Holding), Mr. Charles Achkar, General Manager of ITB (an ITG company) along with Dr. Fouad Zmokhol, Advisor to the Board of Directors of ITG (Holding) visited and met with H.E. Mr. Ghassan Hasbani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Health, to propose to him the new DxPlatform that will contribute in the unification of the patient’s medical records at a territorial level in an intention to extend the patients’ journey beyond hospital walls.

The DxPlatform ensures the sharing and consolidation of information between healthcare institutions at the territory/national level. By coordinating the patient journey on the territory through simple and user-friendly tools, DxPlatform enables a secure and efficient communication between the Ministry of Health, the patients, care centers, hospitals, Third Party Payers and pharmacies.

ITB thus provides an interoperable territorial platform to ensure value-added services to the National Healthcare sector. This strategic approach complements ITB’s hospital solution, DxCare Hospital Information System, which covers the full patient journey within a hospital on both the medical/clinical aspect as well as the financial/administrative aspect.

The DxPlatform is provided in partnership with Medasys and Dedalus Group, the largest clinical health software group in Europe.

Our existing positioning within Large and Medium hospitals, thanks to the DxCare solution, allows us today to address the complete healthcare ecosystem by proposing a National Technology Platform.  All of this is based on our strategic partnerships and team expertise.” said Mr. Claude J. Bahsali, Chairman & CEO of ITG.

With the DxPlatform, we are benefiting from 15 years of expertise in terms of territorial interoperability.  DxPlatform’s proven feedback and previous implementations in Europe, the US and Asia will allow a smoother and faster implementation in Lebanon. The benefits to the national healthcare sector will be significant, including an inter-institutional health network, unified patient records and regional analytics, among others“ said Mr. Charles Achkar, General Manager of ITB (an ITG company).

I strongly believe in the synergy and close cooperation and coordination between the private and the public sector. Our objective is to insure a better service to patients providing them a health platform that will store and process all their medical files and data.” said Dr. Fouad Zmokhol, Advisor to the Board of Directors of ITG.
